I am wondering about the following things that have occurred in BA.
HOW COME…
- I am the only woman at the pool in a one piece bathing suit? Even fat old ladies are in teeny bikini’s.
- When I tried to buy a skirt from a woman selling clothes on the street, she looked at me, shook her head, and handed me a muu muu instead?
- When I smile at children in the pool, they look scared?
- After struggling to explain what I want in a store, showing it on display, there is never any more of what I want to buy left?
- When I take a shower, I always get the whole bathroom—including the toilet paper-wet?
- I am beginning to worry about whether or not our flight (4 weeks from now) back to the US will leave on time?
- I am also concerned that our apartment building will still be there when we return or it will have been destroyed in some sort of calamity?
- I wear more jewelry than anyone else and Daddy always points that out to me?
- I am worrying about what to do about the people at the Apple Genius bar who loaded in my new software the wrong way? (I was told this by Apple Tech support) I am thinking about what to say when I bring everything back.
- You always answer my emails with fewer than 10 words, while I write detailed passages?
- I want to make dinner, bus tour, boat trip reservations now for friends who are not coming until Feb 12 and Daddy is making fun of me?
- You are not like me?
- I am not like you?
